spring jbpm整合出错 ？

在看了多位高手的帖子后，

google_ad_width = 250; google_ad_height = 250; google_ad_format = "250x250_as"; google_color_url = "000000";

决定自己整合spring+jbpm

但出错了。

环境如下：

eclipse 3.2 +myeclipse 5.0 +hibernate3.0/3.2+jbpm3.1.4

junit 测试 出错 ，错误信息如下：
